MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

** Main job:
- Follow up Petty cash
- Follow up Cash at bank
- Incoming invoices & outgoing invoices updating
- Payable accounts out-standing comparison with suppliers
- VAT input statement and arrange order
- Prepaid expense allocation
- Fixed asset & depreciation (label and picture)
- To make debit note for customers / suppliers
- Foreign contractor tax calculation
- To prepare payment plan and process payments by bank transfer and ensure payments are well supported with source documents before submitting for check signatories.

** Others:
- Liaison with Government Agencies including review all necessary documents or reports as legally required for submission.
- Perform other duties as required by Finance Controller

YÊU CẦU

- Graduated from Financial, Accounting, Banking University.
- Good command of English (able to communicate well with foreigner).
- At least 5 years of experiences in Payable accountant, prefer experiences in manufacturing
- Experiences in SAP or ERP.
- Well-organized, honesty and highly committed
- Have analytical skills and attentive to details
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Having the ability to work under high pressure.
